Global Missionary

Global Missionary Ministries has a long history. It relates to the original work of Toronto Christian Mission, which was started by gene Dunin in the mid-1950's Out of this work in the 1960's a Christian ministry developed to the Communist world of Europe with the help of John Huk a Russian preacher in Toronto. It is with this work that GMM identifies itself. In 1976 under Charles Branum's leadership Global Missionary Radio Ministries was established. Since 1996 they have been continuing and expanding this ministry to the countries in Central and Eastern Europe under the name of Global Missionary Ministries.

Purpose 
Proclaim Christ's unchanging message of salvation to the peoples of post-communist Europe.    
Goals                                    
Establish self-supporting, self-propagating churches in Central and Eastern Europe            
Equipping new and existing churches  
Give benevolent aid to the needy

In recent years George Repetski assisted in the translation, editing and typesetting of the complete                 
Bible in contemporary Belarusian.                                    
Most recently GMM was directly involved in providing the Polish translation of Rick Warren's book,                 
The Purpose Driven Life, which was subsequently printed in Poland at end of 2004.                         
It has already gone into its second printing.
